One QR per lorry. Drivers scan at start of day, before and after each break, and at end of day.

Admin key — unlocks pay rates & gross earnings on THIS device only (must match ADMIN_KEY in Code.gs). Leave blank on drivers’ devices.

Location Record device location at each clock-in — drivers are shown a notice and must allow it. Only enable after you’ve told your drivers (UK GDPR).

Vehicle registrations — one per line (this is your fleet; leave blank to fall back to numbered lorries)

Codes will search, not open. Until you paste your Clock page link above (starting with https://), each code holds only the plate text — so a phone camera offers a web search instead of opening the clock screen. Paste the link and the codes become openable.

Setup order: host this file → paste both links above → add drivers & set their PINs → Print / Save PDF → laminate one card per cab. Full steps are in the setup guide.
